Food waste in the Eurest restaurants In our restaurants at The Strip we deal with the food waste problem on a daily basis. They say that caterers waste 3% of their earnings a day. We’re working very hard on reducing this. Therefor we’d like to show you what we (can) do to accomplish this. We’ll prepare some delicious lunch items for you like; No Waste Soup, Bierbostelbread with leftover vegetable spread and cheese and a salad with ‘crooked vegetables’ and leftover bread croutons.
The assortment will vary per day because it depends on the left-overs from the restaurants the day before. We’d like to surprise you with new recipes every day. Feel good and be inspired!
