Panasonic joins Solliance in research program

Panasonic Corporation has joined Solliance in a research program concerning the development of roll-to-roll manufacturing processes aimed at large scale production of flexible perovskite solar cells as one of the industrial partners. Research will be carried out at the Solliance pilot production facilities on the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven, and in the research facilities of Holst-partner imec in Leuven, Belgium.

“We are extremely pleased with Panasonic’s decision to join our program”, states Huib van den Heuvel, director at Solliance. “With this step Panasonic strengthens the industrial participation in this exciting research field.”
