What would you print with a 3D Food Printer?

May 8, 2018 4:46:38 PM. By: High Tech Campus

Meet our new 3D Food Printer on May 22, 23 and 24 at LOKL during lunchtime. A trained chef is going to give demonstrations and will explain everything you want to know about food printing. Be informed, but especially inspired and submit your own food print idea before the 1st of June.

The local food department will eventually select the finalists. The finalists are going to  create a recipe during a Masterclass food printing in restaurant The Lounge. Eventually the Campus community puts it to a vote, and thereby choose a winner. The winner wins a free 3D printed dinner in The Lounge accompanied by family.

New possibilities
A Food Printer creates new possibilities. Experiment with textures and shapes to discover new chances and products. Personalise food in a split second and create new designs for food that couldn’t be created before. The food printer we use is created by startup byFlow, located at High Tech Campus Eindhoven.
