High Tech Campus Eindhoven is happy to announce that the 3EALITY hub will welcome its first official residents following its opening in the second quarter of 2024. Among the companies moving in are VRinSchool, Prespective, DXRS, and Playsight: Virtual Warehouse Trainer. While the first three will rent office spaces, the latter will become part of the hub's coworking community. The announcement follows the recent news of 3EALITY’s first official collaboration with EPIC Games.  


Exciting times for 3EALITY
  

With the announcement of the first residents and collaboration, and the construction in full swing, these are exciting times for High Tech Campus Eindhoven’s new innovation hub for Spatial Computing and Immersive Technologies. Philipp Werle, Business Developer Emerging Tech at HTCE: “We are very happy for our first residents to move in and further grow the community together. The Immersive Tech and Spatial Computing domain is a promising emerging tech field and we see that the possible use cases already greatly vary. So, we are very happy that this variety is reflected in the different solutions that the four residents provide.” A short introduction of the four companies:


VRinSCHOOL
  

VRinSCHOOL helps schools successfully deploy virtual reality through the VR learning platform and learning modules. The company also unburdens through services in all hardware, training and service so that schools deploy VR impactfully. The mission of VRinSCHOOL is to have every student in the Netherlands learn actively through VR. CEO Tom Aerts: “We are looking for a place where expertise, network and energy around virtual learning and working come together. Prespective: Digital Twin Software
  

Prespective has specialized in visualizing technologically complex products and systems with unparalleled precision. Founded by five students at the Eindhoven University of Technology, Prespective has been a widely recognized brand for more than 17 years with customers ranging from the US to South Korea. Prespective's development team consists of highly specialized digital twin professionals, with years of experience in designing and maintaining simulation projects. DXRS
  

DXRS was founded in 2022 to accelerate the transition from 2D maps to 3D spatial data and immersive experiences. By bringing together the best talent and technology they create a platform that makes impact with extended reality and provides accessibility to everyone with and without a disability. DXRS’s Indoor Spatial Platform provides the contextual computing capabilities, automated workflows and high accuracy location services that transform any type of building into an extended reality landscape within days. Founder Victor Dinten: “We have chosen 3EALITY as head office and home base to facilitate the growth of DXRS in coming years. Playsight
: Virtual Warehouse Trainer

The opening of the hub is scheduled for the second quarter of 2024. 3EALITY will foster an ecosystem of innovators who work on spatial computing and immersive technology applications and business models, support partners and residents in showcasing business solutions, and host and organize events. Office spaces and technical facilities will be centered in and around a large community area and co-working spaces, encouraging collaboration.
