2024 was a whirlwind of inspiration, connection and empowerment for women working in the tech world! We hosted three incredible events that brought together hundreds of women and men in the Fe+male Tech Heroes community.
The Female Tech Heroes Conference “From Femtech Lows to Glows” was a resounding success! We explored the challenges and triumphs of women and our male allies in tech and left feeling energized and inspired by the incredible speakers and workshops. See the recap here.
We held our first Partner BBQ in late August. In 2024, we welcomed 24 new Fe+male Tech Heroes Partners who joined our mission to amplify the call for gender equality and diversity within the tech industry.
At the 2024 Partner BBQ, we shared valuable lessons, had meaningful conversations and enjoyed an amazing all-vegetarian BBQ, and all Partners received a FTH tile. See the recap here.
On a perfect autumn evening, the Fe+male Tech Heroes community came together for an unforgettable Thanksgiving feast, “Let’s Give Thanks.” The night was filled with laughter and gratitude, which blended perfectly with thought-provoking discussions, comfort food and connections with old friends and new. We shared stories of resilience and showed gratitude for the role models and mentors in our lives. See the recap here.

The Fe+male Tech Heroes Conference returns on Thursday, May 15, 2025. We’re working on the program now, and we’re looking forward to many inspiring keynotes, cool workshops and off-the-charts networking (per the usual!). We predict this will be another inspiring event and is sure to sell out. Stay tuned for more information on speakers and workshops.
Partners are invited to join us for late summer fun! Our annual Partner BBQ will be held Thursday, September 4, 2025. It's a fantastic opportunity to network with fellow tech enthusiasts in a relaxed and social setting.

We know it’s hard to connect with everyone you want to meet at sold-out FTH events, so we're excited to introduce a new addition to our event lineup: Fe+male Tech Heroes Monday Meetups!
We'll kick off the first event on Monday, February 24th, 2025, from 17:00-18:30, at the AI Innovation Center (Building 5) at High Tech Campus.
At the Monday Meetups, speakers from our network of 24 FTH Partners will share insights on topics ranging from leadership to negotiation. Our speakers are ready to offer guidance and inspiration, and an open mic session provides opportunities for job seekers and those seeking advice to connect with our extensive ecosystem. Then we move to drinks and networking: where the magic happens.
We're here to help you build connections! These free events will be held the last Monday of each month, starting February 24th, with a few exceptions around holidays. Keep an eye on our social media channels for updates on speakers and future dates.
