High Tech Campus Eindhoven (HTCE), the leading innovation campus for technology development and innovation in Europe, proudly announces the successful completion of a €600 million senior bank refinancing. The new debt is provided by a consortium of strong international commercial banks and will enable HTCE to execute its ambitious development and growth plan for new research and innovation buildings and facilities.
The management team is particularly excited about the ability to complete the refinancing despite the demanding interest rate environment, sociological and macroeconomic uncertainties, and views the completion as a strong affirmation of HTCE’s excellent future outlook.
