High Tech Campus Eindhoven is growing with a new area on the south side of the Campus.
The name: Lucis.
Lucis One, the first of a total of seven buildings to be developed, is underway. Upon expected completion in the fall of 2024, Lucis One will have 11 floors and, at 45 meters, will be the tallest building on the Campus, clearly visible from the A2/N2/A67 motorway. With a building size of 11,000 m² and rentable units starting at around 500 m², companies will be able to customize the available workspace, from offices to electrical engineering labs. The future six Lucis buildings will also offer opportunities for single company housing.
