Now that the scaffolding has come down, the stunning facade of Lucis One (building HTC 91) is visible! But what’s the inside of this 11-story office building going to look like? Let’s take a sneak peek…

Lucis One is expected to be completed in the fall of 2024. The building spans 11,000 m², with rentable units starting at around 500 m². Customize your workspace to fit your needs, whether for offices or electrotechnical labs.

The fourth floor: where people meet and unwind

As you can see in the impressions below, the fourth floor of Lucis One is designed to bring people together. This floor offers a welcoming social area for all tenants of the building; perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or unwinding. Surrounding this space are meeting rooms available for reservation, ideal for focused business discussions.

There is also a rooftop garden: it's a great place to gather with colleagues and enjoy a refreshing break with stunning views of High Tech Campus grounds and the lake on one side, and the forest on the other.
