As of the 2025-2026 season, PSV Women will be sponsored by a collection of companies under one common name: Fe+male Tech Heroes. The consortium consists of Cisco, Driessen Groep, Heijmans, High Tech Campus Eindhoven, Mansveld Techniek, Simac and Tibo-Veen. Together with PSV, they are taking on the challenge of attracting and recruiting more (female) tech talent.
PSV is thus creating a new ecosystem that, like the Brainport Eindhoven Metropolitan Area, unites companies on the front of the team shirt. Together with PSV, these seven companies want to stimulate the influx of tech talent in the region to the industry. An important addition is that TU/e, Fontys Eindhoven and Summa College are also backing the partnership. High Tech Campus Eindhoven founded Fe+male Tech Heroes in 2019, with the aim of promoting diversity and inclusion in the technology sector. From 2022 to the current season, HTCE acted as the main sponsor of PSV Women. With the step to the collective, they underline their continued commitment to the development of women within both sports and technology.
In recent years, PSV Women has distinguished itself as an attractive club for both young talents and experienced players, thanks to targeted investments in talent development, professional guidance and better facilities. The club's growing attention to women's football reflects a broader trend in the sport and underlines PSV's ambition to be among the top in the Netherlands in women's football as well. With Fe+male Tech Heroes as the main sponsor, the ambitions are given extra strength, as sponsorship income doubles.
Commercial Director Frans Janssen is extremely proud that with Fe+male Tech Heroes, another collective of companies is rallying behind a greater goal through PSV. "This is a wonderful deal for all of women's football. At the same time, it illustrates the strength of the Brainport region,” he said “When in 2019 the traditional men's sponsorship concept gave way to a unique and innovative collaboration for the first time in sports history, I would not have dared to dream that we would achieve this again. But it turned out to be a great success, a bull's eye. I am very excited that we can now also push our women's branch to an even higher level."
Women's Football Manager Sandra Doreleijers speaks of a big step for the women's branch of PSV. "I have a big compliment for our colleagues from Partnerships, who have realized the same construction as with the men,” she said. “The value this represents is enormous. This also testifies to the commitment of our regional partners who believe in female talent and are willing to invest in this project. I am convinced that this collaboration will be a great success."
