From January 2025 Infoland is set to occupy the 5th and 6th floor of building Lucis One (HTC 91) on High Tech Campus Eindhoven. Infoland specializes in developing software for quality and risk management and software for digital assessments. Various sectors include healthcare, manufacturing, laboratories, the food industry, and the energy and water sector.
Hilbert Leijen, CTO of Infoland: “We were looking for a sustainable location that offers more space for a growing company, with sufficient parking and good accessibility. It had to be an inspiring, vibrant location – a place where employees, customers and partners enjoy coming. And we found that place on the High Tech Campus! Lucis One meets all our requirements and offers an important bonus in the form of the innovation ecosystem. At the HTCE we will soon be able to not only work with our own team, but also easily get in touch with other innovative companies.”
“We are pleased to be able to take the next step in the field of sustainability and significantly reduce the climate impact of our housing,” says Marieke Kessels, CEO of Infoland. “In addition to Lucis One's A+++ label, the good accessibility with (shared) bicycles and public transport, and the good charging facilities for the EV fleet of our employees, also contribute to this. Our team is looking forward to the moment when we can move into the new building. The announcement within our organization was received with great applause. At the same time, the real discovery will only begin soon. We are curious how the green environment of the HTCE, the facilities on The Strip and the shared space in Lucis One will inspire our team in the way we meet, alternate concentration with collaboration and have fun together.”
Infoland, which originated from a graduation project in 1998 with Máxima MC, actively collaborates with various companies in the Brainport region and Fontys University of Applied Sciences ICT (FHICT) on practical ICT research projects. They also leverage technologies such as AI to ensure innovations are achievable, useful and valuable. This collaborative spirit is one of the reasons why Elsbeth Smit, Senior Director Real Estate at High Tech Campus Eindhoven, felt an instant match between Infoland and HTCE. Elsbeth Smit: “Infoland has innovation at its core, aligning seamlessly with the ethos of our campus ecosystem. We are delighted by their choice to join our community and further enrich collaboration and networks.”
After Molex, Infoland is the second resident that is announced to rent space in Lucis One. The building will have 11 floors and, at 45 meters, will be the tallest building on the Campus, clearly visible from the A2/N2/A67 motorway. Lucis One rapidly advances towards completion in fall 2024.
